The work for which bids are asked includes the following estimated quantities: 150 LF of sanitary sewer (8” PVC) and laterals along with associated sanitary sewer work; 470 L.F. of water main (10” PVC) and associated water service replacement work along S. Main Street (W. Oak Grove St. to South St.); 600 LF of storm sewer (12” to 15” RCP) and associated storm structure work; aggregate base installation; 350 S.Y. of concrete pavement; 4,650 S.Y. of asphalt pavement; 1,100 L.F. of concrete curb and gutter; 17,000 S.F. of concrete sidewalk; 200 V.F. of modular block retaining wall; concrete driveway approach; topsoiling and seeding; as well as all related work including unclassified excavation, erosion control, traffic control, and site cleanup.
