1. Removal of existing membrane roofing, gravel ballast, insulation, cant strips and tapered edges, and metal flashings in areas as shown on Drawings. 2. Removal and replacement of existing roof accessories. 3. Removal and replacement of deteriorated roof decking and wood blocking. 4. Removal and replacement of existing unit skylights. 5. Removal of existing abandoned steel dunnage and mechanical unit curbs, and infill of remaining openings, to include new steel decking. 6. Removal and replacement of existing roof drains and related piping and insulation. 7. Removal of existing mechanical unit screening panels and associated wood structure, and replacement with new system as shown in Drawings. 8. Provision and installation of EPDM membrane, underlayment, and flat and tapered insulations. 9. Provision and installation of new flashings, caps, fasciae, and other trim metal work as detailed and specified, including new scuppers. 10. Offsite disposal of all removed materials.
