Please note: This is a Sole Source Notification. INTENDED SOURCE: CD3 Systems. This vendor was selected because they are the only known source for the commodity desired. The State intends to make a noncompetitive purchase for up to 3 self-contained waterless watercraft cleaning devices per year for up to 3 years. These units will be placed at boat ramps selected by the Department and could be located anywhere in North Dakota. This purchase would include the physical units plus the service and support functions. Unit specifications are as follows: General Waterless cleaning device with wet/dry vac and attached tools to remove aquatic vegetation or animals that may be aquatic nuisance species Self-contained Solar powered with battery storage Vandal resistant, automatic tamper notifications Internet connected Easy installation and winterization process Ability Must be solar powered with onboard battery storage. Must be able to operate up to 10 hours per day or be used by approximately 85 watercraft per day. Must have wet/dry vacuum, compressed air blower, scrubbing brush and grabber tool. Tools must be connected to system through a corrosion resistant cable Must be internet connected via cellular gateway to track and report at a minimum: Frequency of use and functionality of tools Sensor to monitor holding tank capacity System voltage Tool tamper alerts Must have instructions for use on device. Must have space on device for North Dakota Game and Fish designed aquatic nuisance species marketing.
