The contracted employee will be responsible for the following duties: • Develop and implement a collaborative framework to foster the state’s Cybersecurity Program Working Group and support the Hawaii Statewide Cybersecurity Strategy and Implementation Plan. • Collaborate with state and local authorities, private sector, and other organizations to develop and implement planning efforts towards Cyber Incident Response Plans and Exercises and the Statewide Cybersecurity Workforce Development Strategy and Implementation Plan. • Provide support to the State and Local Security Grant Program Committee. • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the State and Local Security Grant Program and the timelines relevant to its Notice of Funding Opportunities and supporting deadlines for submitting investments and reporting on activities
