Previously purchased from Illinois Brick. c. Roofs as idened in Aachment A will be restored concurrently with mason’s work. Mason MUST begin on the west parapet and work to the east. West parapet work must be completed by July 7, 2025. d. Roofer will need a staging area that must be coordinated with the mason. e. Roofer will remove and reinstall the metal coping cap. Mason must coordinate with the roofer. f. Mason must protect all nishes and equipment to remain. g. Mason must protect the roof under the east parapet. It is under warranty
