Provide labor, material, supervision, equipment, and coordination to perform the following activities: 1) Upgrade 4 existing ENCs to new network controllers, including: a) Provide materials and software to replace the existing 4 ENC network controllers. b) Provide updated software licenses to integrate and network controllers with the BMS server. c) Provide programming to emulate the existing ENC programming in the new controllers. 2) At the TVCCA Building, provide boiler room controls, including: a) Provide network controller with I/O expansion cards. b) Provide all labor, materials, and programming for a complete BMS installation. c) Provide the following points of control: i. Outside air temperature sensor ii. Boiler enable iii. Boiler alarm iv. Steam pressure monitor v. Condensate return temperature sensor vi. 4 space temperature sensors – one in the hallway on each floor. d) Creation of HTML graphics, including setpoint and scheduling control. e) Engineered ATC drawings. f) All low voltage electrical work. 3) At the Campbell and Phelps buildings, provide controller upgrades, including: a) In Campbell, replace 2 MicroZones and 3 PEMs. b) In Phelps, replace 5 Micronet controllers. c) Provie and install Bacnet communication wiring to each device. d) All wiring to remove and replace controllers. e) Return the existing controllers to Property management for parts stock. f) Check and test operation.
