1.2.1. Vendor shall inspect, and repair laundry equipment as requested. There are approximately four (4) washers and six (6) dryers. 1.2.2. The Vendor shall furnish all labor, tools, and equipment necessary to repair equipment. 1.2.3. Vendor and/or qualified technician(s) shall have valid certifications. Technician shall be knowledgeable of equipment. 1.2.4. Vendor shall service the following washers or similar to Unimac: 1.2.4.1 Manufacturing # UWN125T3VQU1001 1.2.4.2 Manufacturing # UC80ANVQU60001 1.2.4.3. Manufacturing # UW50PVUQ2001 1.2.5. Vendor shall service the following dryers or similar to American Dryer Corp and Cissel 1.2.5.1. Manufacturing # AD681 1.2.5.2. Manufacturing # HO11GE 1.2.5.3. Manufacturing # L44CD42e 1.2.6 All service work and parts must be preapproved prior to service being performed. 1.2.7. Repairs include but are not limited to examinations of all instruments directly pertaining to the operation of these units; replacement of belts, lint screen, valves, outboard switch; checking and fixing leaks in the system; and replacement of defective parts. 1.2.8. Vendor shall test the equipment upon completion of repairs. 1.2.9. Vendor shall, as necessary, instruct the laundry manager or designees in the use and maintenance of equipment and systems installed. 1.2.10. Vendor shall provide a repair record for each repair service rendered. The report shall include nature of call, repairs made, material used, and labor hours. Reports shall state any defective equipment, instruments and/or accessories which may require replacement or repairing. For procurements conducted in BidBuy, the State may include in this contract the BidBuy Purchase Order as it contains the agreed Supplies and/or Services.
