Respond to dispatch by the Safety Communications Center. 6. Track, analyze and report program results with a focus on the following: measurable improvements, operational efficiencies, program successes and areas for improvement. This information should be compiled and organized to easily demonstrate value to district stakeholders. 7. Be a go-to source for public information through dedicated hotline and contact with individual ambassadors. 8. Be flexible enough to address events happening in the district with increased staffing if necessary.
