1. To remove the shattered Pilkington glass from the glass encloser over the top of Southwest baggage kiosk. 2. To install temporary custom fit insulated glass unit. When the new Pilkington glass arrives, the contractor will remove the temporary custom fit insulated glass and install the Pilkington glass in its place. 3. The contractor shall verify all measurements before ordering material. 4. The Contractor shall furnish all necessary supervision, labor, skilled technicians, supplies, tools, equipment, licenses, and expertise required to furnish and install glass for Maryland Aviation Administration at Baltimore/Washington Thurgood Marshall International Airport. 5. The Contractor shall be responsible for becoming acquainted with the conditions relating to the scope of work and restrictions pertaining to the execution under this scope of work. The Contractor shall also take full responsibility for obtaining information concerning the conditions of the location of the work to be done. 6. The contractor is responsible for following all Security and safety policies and protocols at BWI Airport. 7. Contractor shall be responsible for any damage to the surrounding area at his/her own expense. 8. Contractor shall be responsible for any signage for traffic/pedestrian control. 9. Contractor shall be responsible for for the proper disposal of all trash and debris from the work site at the end of each day needed to complete this job. 10. There is no staging site available for this job. 11. The Contractor shall be responsible for obtaining all permits needed for the completion of the work. 12. Contractor will have to coordinate with BWI Operations, BWI Security, and The Office of Ground Maintenance with regards to parking the work vehicles needed for these operations in the inner curb, upper level at BWI and blocking any traffic lanes. 13. All work will be completed during normal business hours, between 8am and 5pm Monday Through Friday unless otherwise stipulated by BWI Operations, BWI Security, Or The offices of Ground Maintenance or Building Maintenance.
