Gwinnett County is seeking proposals from qualified individuals and consultants specializing in long- term planning for waste management and reduction and recycling and experienced with helping local governments achieve waste goals and solid waste management best practices. The successful consultant team will be experienced with innovations for waste goals and management that are being implemented in other jurisdictions, have excellent listening, speaking, facilitation, financial and program planning, and writing skills. The team must demonstrate a high level of ability in gathering and synthesizing large amounts of technical information and be able to translate programmatic solid waste management concepts into laypersons’ terms.
