Twice Daily Schedule: The Contractor shall provide appropriate personnel to service and clean the restrooms a minimum of two times a day, seven days per week. The first service and cleaning for each site shall commence no later than 6:00 am, and the second service and cleaning shall commence no later than 4:00 pm, but no earlier than 3:00 pm. The cleaning requirements are based on minimum service levels required to keep the site refreshed throughout the day. The Contractor shall provide additional cleanup and care during periods of high use and, if necessary, through temporary closures, holidays and weekends. In addition to routine janitorial services the Contractor will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following typical maintenance duties: Toilet, Urinal, and Sink 1. Unclog toilet, urinals, and sinks. Doors – Repair and/or Replace 1. Touch up paint to maintain appearance. 2. Replace push plates, kick plates and door pulls.
