3. Scope of Work 3.1. Project/Product Location Two (2) field marking robots will be purchased upon award for Greenville County Parks, Recreation & Tourism located at 4806 Old Spartanburg Road, Taylors, SC 29687. 3.2. Detailed Equipment Specifications The Athletic Field Marking Robot should meet the following specifications. The specifications are intended to be the minimum standards and not restrictive. The awarded project must meet or exceeds these specifications. A. Design and Construction o Robust frame made from corrosion-resistant and weatherproof materials. o Operation in various weather conditions (e.g., rain, wind, temperature extremes). o Compact and lightweight design for easy maneuverability. B. Marking Technology o Ability to mark fields for multiple sports (e.g., football, soccer, baseball, etc.). o Ability to mark lines of various widths and depths. o Support for different marking materials (e.g., paint) o Intuitive interface for programming field dimensions, patterns, and marking parameters. o Ability to function on different field surfaces (e.g., grass, dirt, concrete). o Capable of marking a full-size soccer field in under 30 minutes. o Be capable of operating independently without human intervention. o Must have a minimum working radius of 1,000 feet. C. Power and Battery Life o Equipped with a rechargeable battery that lasts for at least 4 hours of continuous use. o Fast-charging capabilities (less than 1 hour for a full charge). D. Maintenance o It should include modular components that allow for easy upgrades and repairs. o Provide a comprehensive maintenance schedule, including recommended service intervals. E. Accessories o Include 5-year annual fees to be paid upfront
