a. Sitework shall consist of all aspect of clearing, grading, utilities, and parking area as shown on model drawings provided. b. Design builder shall provide a heavy-duty concrete apron at driveway entrance at roadway in lieu of asphalt. c. Extra dirt can be placed elsewhere on site and there is the opportunity to obtain extra dirt from site if needed. Either condition should be shown for accommodation on plans. d. Preparation for the burn building (furnished and installed by others) shall consist of the subgrade, utilities, and pad as shown on the model drawings provided. e. Preparation for the restroom/pavilion structure (furnished and installed by others) shall consist of preparing the subgrade and providing all utilities run to within 5ft from the edge of the structure and capped. f. Design builder will be responsible for providing fencing around the detention pond to be 6-foot black vinyl coated chain link. g. Design builder will not be required to provide security fencing. h. Design builder shall provide NPDES monitoring in compliance with EPD requirements and shall keep a copy of all reports on site. i. Design builder shall provide all work in RDOT right of way as shown on plans including traffic control, temporary barricades, and signage in compliance with RDOT standards and requirements. j. Design builder shall provide all details in accordance with approved site plans. k.
