To be included in the initial service and continued as needed/annually: 1. Grading the infield so water drains off the field after rainfall. 2. Regularly drag and rake the field to maintain the infield grade and prevent ruts and puddles forming that could impact playability and safety. 3. Conduct annual soil testing and provide the ground with the nutrients necessary to maintain good health. 4. Top dressing and soil aeration for all fields. 5. Removing lip or soil buildup between the infield and outfield boundaries. 6. Pre-emergent, post-emergent, fertilization, and ant control. 7. The Contractor or designated staff shall carry a Commercial Pesticide Applicator license as specified by the Department of Agriculture. 8. Provide three comparable references on past or present projects of similar work. 9. All equipment, materials, supplies, and parts to perform the services described will be the responsibility of the Contractor. 10.It is the responsibility of the Contractor to secure all equipment and materials during and after use to prevent injury to any person not authorized to use such equipment. 11.Bidders are encouraged to attend a non-mandatory pre-bid meeting on December 11th, 2024, at the Aquatic Center at which time they will examine the sites and familiarize themselves with the conditions and needs of each location. This will be each bidder’s opportunity to sample, measure, ask questions, and address any issues pertaining to the scope of work. 12.Include in your bids all other suggested work based on your expertise and services offered
