Typical work to be performed shall include, but not be limited to, the following: Routine Repair Services All routine repairs shall be performed on City property during normal business hours (7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday through Friday). All equipment for repairs shall be provided by the City. The Contractor shall respond to requests and make repairs within two (2) business days. Exceptions are at the sole discretion of the Fleet Superintendent. The Contractor shall at all times keep City property free from rubbish and the accumulation of any waste materials. Decommissioning Decommissioning shall be performed at the Contractor’s site. The Contractor shall be responsible for pick-up and delivery of vehicles. Contractor shall have ten (10) business days to begin decommissioning work after notification. Contractor shall have two (2) days to complete decommissioning after work commences. Decommissioned vehicles shall be carefully dismantled so as to prevent damage to vehicles or equipment. Decommissioned vehicles must be legally roadworthy (i.e., working lights, no loose equipment) after dismantling and before being driven and returned. Vehicle parts and equipment removed and not re-installed will be carefully boxed and returned to the City.
