Task 1 – Well Drilling Plan and Hydrological Site Investigation: The contractor shall review all available resources and conduct a site investigation with a licensed hydrogeologist or hydrology engineer to create a detailed well drilling plan. The purpose of the well drilling plan is to determine locations to construct exploratory water wells that could be used to serve the community’s water system.
