The proposed solution must include all the necessary hardware, software, installation, and support services to ensure a seamless integration of existing endpoints (doors, intercoms, utilities) with the new jail control system. Key components of the required system include: System Control: Replacement of all control panels with new components. User Interface: Control of the system via mouse & Touch on LED monitors, with the ability to track every keystroke and operator activity. Diagnostics: Remote diagnostics and real-time monitoring of voltage and temperature. The ability to add, delete, or modify control elements without the vendor’s direct assistance. Logging Features: Time and date stamping of control system activities for security monitoring. Flexibility and Future Updates: The ability to adapt the system to the County’s changing needs over time, with software updates. Internet Connection: Support for remote updates and diagnostics via a high-speed internet connection. CCTV: System needs to interface with existing Avigilon camera system. SSO: If possible, system will interface with current AD for security groups and user login.
