1. Minimal site selective demolition as indicated. 2. Base Bid: Construction of one nominal single story 60' x 140', pre-engineered metal building subdivided into one (1) - 60' x 60' individual box hangar and one (1) - 60' x 80' individual box hangar. Exterior walls and roof to be pre-finished corrugated metal panels. Each hangar unit will have a motor-operated vertical bi-fold door with integral swinging man door. 3. Sitework includes new concrete apron surfaces abutting the building and new electrical. Additive Alternate: Add one (1) additional nominal 60' x 60' Box Hangar to the north end of the proposed nominal 60' x 140' single story pre-engineered metal building. Configuration after this additive alternate will provide a total building of 60' x 200' subdivided into one (1) 60' x 60' Box Hangar, then one (1) 60' x 80' Box Hangar, followed by one (1) 60' x 60' Box Hangar.
