STO is seeking qualified, well-established, and recognized vendors with a proven track record specializing in the recruitment of Certified Public Accountants (CPAs) and specialized technical resources per the specifications herein. In order for the agency to meet statutory statewide responsibilities including financial operational activities, reviews, reports, audits and ad hoc requests, the agency has an ongoing need to engage specialized recruitment and professional services firms to acquire the services of credentialed accountants, including CPAs and other specialized candidates in finance and accounting to include a variety of technical resources and capabilities. While there is no minimum or maximum guaranteed number of placements, an estimated annual number of placements would range from zero to five within a fiscal year.
