The City of Kenai is seeking a professional design consultant to provide programming and an assessment of existing emergency service facilities and make recommendations on space and operational needs for the Police Department, Fire Department, and Dispatch Center. The Lead firm shall provide a team of professionals capable of evaluating the existing building from an architectural, structural, mechanical, and electrical standpoint. It shall also have experience designing facilities and understanding the needs of Police and Fire departments. The goal of this RFP is to develop an initial plan to move forward with funding, design, and construction of improvements for the City of Kenai Emergency Services that will meet our needs now and into the future.
