The Northwest Arkansas Regional Airport Authority (the “Authority”) gives notice of this request for proposals (together with any addenda, the “RFP”) from experienced food and/or beverage concession operators/developers for the construction and operation of a food and/or beverage concession (the “Concession”) to be located in the pre-security area of the terminal building at Northwest Arkansas National Airport (the “Airport” or “XNA”). The Authority has identified approximately 1,030 square feet of space (described more specifically herein) as the location of the Concession. It is the Authority’s intent to select a single proposal that meets or exceeds the criteria set forth in this RFP, and thereafter to negotiate a concession agreement (the “Agreement”) with the successful proposer.
