III. Scope of Work The selected vendor will complete the following tasks: 1. Sound System Upgrade: Design and install a state-of-the-art sound system suitable for a large gymnasium environment. Provide equipment such as: o High-output speakers. o Wireless and wired microphones (suitable for speech and performance). o Amplifiers and digital sound processors. o User-friendly control systems. o Integrate with existing school audio/visual systems, if applicable. 2. Acoustic Treatment Installation: Conduct an acoustic analysis of the gymnasium to address echo and sound clarity challenges. Install durable and aesthetically pleasing acoustic panels, ceiling baffles, or other treatment solutions. Ensure all materials are fire-rated and compliant with Georgia safety regulations. 3. Testing and Training: Test the installed systems for performance, reliability, and compliance with the school’s requirements. Provide hands-on training for DCHS staff on the operation and basic maintenance of the new system.
