The County of Hawaii is posting a Request for Sole Source procurement to purchase Permitium, a cloud-based software solution for weapon permitting from PermitDirector. Additional information is contained in the attached request and related documents. Vendors who object to the Notice of and Request for Amendment to Sole Source shall respond to this notice by uploading their written objections through Public Purchase prior to the request’s end date and shall be addressed to the Chief Procurement Officer. Vendors who object must provide sufficient bases to support its written objection. Any written objections received as a result of this Notice of and Request for Amendment to Sole Source will place the amendment to sole source request on hold, and the procurement officer will review the objection and provide a written determination to the person submitting the objection
