The purpose of the Neutral Host DAS is to rebroadcast cellular Carrier signals to achieve a minimum signal strength of -95 dBm RSRP and a Dominance Over Macro of 6 dB for all planned Carrier technologies throughout the building. This shall include at a minimum PCS and AWS frequencies in base bid option one, as well a consideration of -105 dBM RSRP and Dominance Over Macro of 6 db for an additional add-on option of 5G UWB, including 2.5 GHz N41, 3.45 GHz N77, and 3.7 GHz N77. a. Contractor is to assume the provided design meets these standards. b. Additionally, Contractor shall assume that the rooftop RSRP and SINR levels were evaluated and are acceptable to achieve acceptable BDA RF signal source functionality as depicted in the provided iBwave design c. The iBwave design, walk assessment, and supporting Carrier signal walk data will be provided to the winning bidder by Dakota County for their efforts in completing the requested SOW
