The objective is to enter into a contract with a Sitefinity Development Partner to build web templates and incorporate the templates into the CMS structure as part of a new website redesign project. UA-PTC is working with a website redesign partner to package the HTML, CSS, and associated Javascript files that will be delivered to the development partner. UA-PTC and the website redesign partner will stay connected with the chosen development partner implementation team throughout the information architecture design and front-end development stages. This will allow for collaboration as needed and to align on timelines and expectations in advance of the handoff stage. The development partner is to provide all elements of the back-end development and implementation (e.g., server configuration, template creation, module customization, migration plan, content entry, etc.). The successful vendor will work with identified UA-PTC staff, including, but not limited to, the Vice Chancellor of Enrollment Management, College Marketing and Public Relations staff, Advancement staff, Recruitment and Admissions staff, Provost, and Chancellor. Throughout the website implementation, the contractor, shall meet with the Vice Chancellor for Enrollment Management & Student Life, the Webmaster, and other necessary parties to assess and research the needs and then coordinate the development, implementation, and management of the College's website.
