The Parish has pre-positioned contracts to push debris out of the Parish's roadway network (The Push) and Emergency Debris Removal and Disposal (EDR&D) from public ROWs in unincorporated St. Tammany Parish and or Waterway Debris Removal & Disposal (WWDR) in Parish waterways. If activated, the Parish, in coordination with the Monitoring & Coordination Contractor, will administer either one or all contracts for The Push; EDR&D or WWDR at the Parish's discretion. The Contractor shall monitor and manage the coordination of The Push, EDR&D, WWDR Contracts as the Parish Designated Agent (PDA). The Contractor will be responsible for insuring that all work performed and ticketed under The Push, EDR&D & WWDR contracts meets all FEMA Program requirements and any other applicable agencies, as well as requirements of specific FEMA Project Worksheets and any other applicable laws, regulations or policies. Detailed reporting and documentation will be required for FEMA and the Parish and is to include an online portal with a live map for the purpose of tracking tickets, areas of completion, etc. Successful bidder will provide a grid of area, invoices, tracking of personnel etc. Debris or work not conforming to FEMA requirements and NRCS requirements shall not be issued tickets for the ineligible work or debris.
