1. Complete the reroof project for Strafford County per the outlined specifications. 2. The roof composition and the roof plies will need to be tested for ACMs. 3. Remove and properly dispose of any and all existing roof systems down to the roof deck. Including but not limited to membranes, insulation, coverboards, edge metal, and all flashing components. 4. Inspect the substrate and decking to verify and ensure no deterioration, deficiencies, or failures are present. 5. Mechanically fasten the specified tapered insulation, through the tectum roof deck per current wind uplift calculations. Specified fasteners must be used. All insulation joints must be staggered. 6. Install 1/2 Gypsum based coverboard installed in low rise insulation adhesive per wind uplift. 7. Replace all drain bowls and properly sump 6’X6’. Leave 2.6" base layer of polyiso at drain. 8. Ensuring there are no voids or gaps in the substrate, install 80 mil modified bitumen membrane base sheet in 2-2.5 gallons per square cold process adhesive. 9. Install new 155 mil modified bitumen membrane set in 2.5 gallons per square modified cold process adhesive. Heat weld all field seams. 10. Properly flash all penetrations per specified details and drawings. 11. New wood blocking to be installed around all perimeters and curbs as needed to allow for new insulation height. 12. Properly install and flash new .040 aluminum drip edge metal throughout. Strafford County to verify and confirm the color choice with the awarded contractor prior to project commencement. 13. Provide 30-Year NDL Manufacturer’s warranty and 3-year contractor workmanship warranty. 14. Perform a punch list inspection with the owner and owners’ representative. All punch list items to be completed and an additional final/closeout inspection to be completed by contractor, owner, and owners’ representative.
