1.) MCF-Willow River: Remove existing failed resinous flooring and wall base in showers, toilet rooms, and custodial areas, prepare surfaces to receive new finishes, and install new resinous surfacing on floors and wall base. Work area is approximately 2,100 sf. 2.) MCF-Rush City: Remove existing failed resinous flooring, concrete floor slab and custom stainless steel floor sink in the kitchen area. Facility to perform plumbing repairs at the area of removed concrete prior to contractor proceeding with restoration work. Contractor to verify preparation of subgrade, install vapor retarder and reinforcing, and install new structural concrete floor. New concrete to be properly cured and prepared to receive new resinous flooring. Install new resinous flooring and cove wall base. Work area is approximately 500 sf.
