The Platform must… Be able to handle thousands of simultaneous active applications Have a native integration with a credit screening and background screening provider (e.g. TransUnion, Experian, FICO, etc) Provide access to screening results and related data via API Have a configurable application flow to handle Pierce’s custom application criteria Accept document uploads (images and PDFs) Enable Background screening (specifically for felonies) Rental & eviction history screening Work on both desktop and mobile web Send automated reminders to HCV clients who have started but not finished an application Allow PSAHF to determine the application screening fee HCV clients pay
