The Municipality of Anchorage requests proposals from organizations to administer a Municipal program funded by the Anchorage Child Care and Early Education (ACCEE) Fund. The program will contribute funds toward the cost of child care or early education for an early educator’s (or other employee of an early education or child care organization or entity) child or children. The employee must satisfy eligibility requirements, which will in part be designed by the Contractor, including working in the child care and early education sector at least 20 hours per week. This program is funded for the 2025 Municipal budget cycle as a pilot program. While it could be funded beyond 2025, that will not be determined until late in 2025, when the 2026 Municipal budget is finalized.
