The Municipality of Anchorage requests proposals from organizations to administer a Municipal program funded by the Anchorage Child Care and Early Education (ACCEE) Fund. The program will provide stimulus payments to child care and early education entities within the Municipality of Anchorage. The funded entity must satisfy eligibility requirements, which will be designed by the Contractor. These requirements would be determined by the Contractor, but would likely include being a licensed program within the Municipality of Anchorage, or other similar status, such as being legally exempt from licensing or being ACA-accredited or the equivalent. This program is funded for the 2025 Municipal budget cycle. While it could be funded beyond 2025, that will not be determined until late in 2025, when the 2026 Municipal budget is finalized.
