The Municipality of Anchorage (Municipality), Anchorage Health Department (AHD) seeks to provide grants to selected applicants who will provide supportive services to the following priority populations to assist them with securing and retaining permanent housing: people experiencing homelessness; those at risk of homelessness; those fleeing, or attempting to flee, domestic violence, dating violence, sexual assault, stalking, or human trafficking; and other populations requiring services or at greatest risk of housing instability. Funding to be allocated comes from the US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) through the HOME Investment Partnerships (HOME) program special allocation through the American Rescue Plan Act known as HOME-ARP, and from the Municipality’s General Fund. Projects must be in accordance with HUD HOME requirements (24 CFR Part 92), as modified by the HOME-ARP Implementation Notice for HOME-ARP funds
