1. Administrative Professional Office type space rental/lease needs for a minimum of 220 Square Feet. The space shall include two (2) separate office spaces or be able to accommodate prior to the execution of the lease agreement. Proposer shall clearly identify and define the space(s) being represented within the proposal. 2. Facility must be located geographically within Iowa or Lafayette County Wisconsin. 3. Facility must be street level with public access meeting the needs and requirements of the American with Disabilities Act (ADA). 4. Facility must have publicly accessible restroom facilities within the building. 5. The office space shall include the following amenities for each office / desk space: a. Direct Phone Line, or phone service directed thru a business type phone tree to a specific identifiable extension. b. Computer internet access and line for each individual office space. c. Air Conditioning, Electricity, and Heat typical of a general administrative building or office space; with capability for adjustment to proper room working condition temperature range. 6. Facility shall provide a minimum of two (2) parking spaces dedicated for the office staff, and availability for other general parking spaces or area for visitors, customers, or guests. Availability to ample, adjacent, suitable public parking may be identified as sufficient and substituted for meeting the parking needs stated above. 7. Provision of garbage, recycling, or other office space housekeeping, janitorial or waste stream removal services are not required. Proposer shall clearly define and present what is or is not being provided regarding these type of services within the proposal.
