The Contractor(s) shall: Maintain a process to provide investigation and surveillance services to (SAF). Examples may include video surveillance, background sweeps, social media investigations, medical canvas, and other evidence gathering activities. Maintain a workflow process and have adequate staffing that is capable of handling multiple referrals at one time. The Contractor shall establish, document, and maintain a process that can provide services in all areas of South Carolina and sometimes in other states. Establish, document, and maintain a process to receive electronic referrals for investigation and surveillance related referrals. The Contractor shall maintain security regulations that will protect any and all data transferred to and from SAF. The Contractor shall maintain a process to acknowledge receipt of incomplete or complete service referrals within a maximum of one (1) business day. The Contractor shall reserve the right to reject any individual referral for which they feel they are unable to provide services. Any rejected referral shall be immediately sent to another Contractor approved on the qualified Contractor’s list. The Contractor shall maintain a process to provide electronic transmission (secure e-mail or web portal) of actual audio/video/photographs obtained during the surveillance assignment. The Contractor shall maintain a process to provide electronic transmission (secure e-mail or web portal) of a written report summarizing any other investigative services required by SAF. Examples may include Background/Activity Checks, Social Media Investigations, etc. The Contractor shall provide an account service manager to serve as the primary point of contact for SAF. The Contractor shall provide one key executive who will be the contact for the Executive Director of the State Accident Fund in the event a problem/issue occurs with the program.
