General Construction: Elementary Serving Line U Shaped Serving counter to be Atlanta Custom Fabricators standard construction consisting of Hot food, cold food and cashiers stands configured as required for serving counter design. Counter construction: A. Counter tops to be 14 gauge stainless steel with fully welded, ground and polished corners. Single top field welded. B. Cabinet bodies to be constructed in all 304 series stainless steel, with 18gauge wrapper style modular bodies fully welded and supported with 14gauge stainless steel channel. C. Stainless steel finish or laminate color counter body to be determined as needed. D. Where Legs are required, 16 gauge stainless steel tubing with welded gussets and adjustable stainless steel bullet feet. Leg assemblies will accommodate 18 gauge removable stainless steel kick plates on the fronts and ends of each counter. E. Where required 16 gauge welded stainless steel bottom and intermediate shelves are to be provided. F. Cabinet bodies are to be enclosed with double pan 20 gauge stainless steel doors with formed pulls and magnetic closures. G. Counters to mount on 6” Stainless steel legs with adjustable bullet feet. H. Food Guards are to be constructed of 1” brushed finish stainless steel tubing with fully adjustable 3/8” thick clear tempered glass front, top and end pieces. I. Work shelves to be 6” wide, stainless steel with drop down brackets, fully ground and polished. J. All counters to be pre-wired for all components. Load centers to be used as required to provide single point electrical connections when specified.
