Analyzing and identifying factors driving health plan costs and offer costcontainment strategies through error-free financial and mathematical models, financial projections, claim and utilization forecasts, detailed reserve and accrued liability valuations, etc. C. Developing comprehensive and effective multi-year employee benefit strategies, by fully reviewing the City’s current benefits package to include self-funded plan designs (e.g., covered services, deductibles, copays, coinsurance annual/lifetime maximums and premium costs).
