The Scope of Work includes: 1. Collaborate closely with MSDE during the initial phase of hiring, assisting in the review of applications and conducting initial screenings of candidates. 2. Coordinate the final interview round for selected candidates, ensuring alignment with MSDE's requirements and quality standards. 3. Facilitate post-interview debrief sessions with MSDE to refine HQIM reviewer profiles and ensure they meet the desired criteria. 4. Engage with MSDE’s HQIM core team to understand project requirements and timelines 5. Develop a comprehensive recruitment and communications plan to recruit reviewers for all 3 roles: Team Lead, Reviewer, and Report Developer 6.
