Quarterly Maintenance A. The frequency of quarterly maintenance shall be no more than ninety (90) days between services. B. Lube all points of friction, including but not limited to, rollers, bearings, gears, and guides C. Ensure the doors are balanced, motor limiters are properly adjusted, drive chains are tight, and manual system is in proper working order. D. Inspect and test all door functions, including but not limited to, the electrical wiring and connections, chain shafts, gears and bearings. Any work requiring a C-7 or C-10 license will not be covered under this Agreement. E. Provide belts, cleaning chemicals, oil, grease, cleaning rags, switches, and fuses. F.
