The Vendor must provide the required statewide training services with direction from the Illinois Family Planning Program (IFPP) Administrator, Clinical Coordinator, and Health Educator. • Collaborate in development of marketing and outreach activities to increase participation in Illinois Family Planning Program services at the delegate agencies. • Assist in the development of program brochures, social media campaigns, program website, and other marketing initiatives with delegate agencies to increase access to family planning services. At least two program materials will be developed in each year, Year 1 and 2, of the contract period. • Conduct a needs and resource assessment that will translate into training and technical assistance needs for family planning delegate agencies. Work directly with delegate agencies to collect the data and then present report to IFPP Administrator. • Assist in developing review tools, in compliance with CDC and federal guidelines, for desk and field audits, to monitor administration, fiscal, outreach, and clinical services delivered by the delegate agencies. • Deliver (1) 2-hour in-person training and (4) 1-hour virtual webinars selected by IFPP each year. (During the contract period a total of 8 virtual webinars and 2 in-person training). Vendor must be able to provide a platform and must host all virtual webinars. • Where feasible, Vendor will provide the speakers for the virtual and in- person presentations annually. Present or acquire a presenter to present at the Office of Women Health Conference on a topic coordinated with IFPP. • Submit year-end report summarizing annual progress.
