The Development Authority require dinner each night during Masters week for approximately 7-10 guests per night (the number of guests may vary from night to night); private chef and plated meals would be preferred. Meals each night should include hors d'oeuvres, salad, entrée, and dessert. In addition to dinner, the Development Authority is also requesting separate cost estimates for breakfast and an approx. 50 person party. See below for details. It is understood that exact costs are based upon final menu choices, number of guests, etc. All final menus choices would be dependent upon a firm guest list as the event gets closer. The exact menu per night may be subject to last minute change and would need to have some flexibility depending on guest’s dietary and allergy restrictions. While our staff makes every effort to be aware of any allergies or dietary specifics ahead of time, there are always those guests that fail to provide us notice. We strive to provide as much notice as possible of any and all changes to the menu or number of guests, and it is understood that any last minute changes may result in additional costs outside of the original quotes.
