The successful proposer will employ the following processes and complete said deliverables of: 1. Clear Methodology a. Develop a NENA-compliant address layer that will establish a singular address repository that any critical systems within the Town can access, validate, query, and maintain address-based customer relationships. The importance of such a system is critical as more and more departments desire to view and query their databases geographically. 2. Database Design a. Design and implement the federal standard schema for addresses for NENA compliance. Incorporate the development of a database design that, with proper implementation, will enable the GIS system to be both the central repository for addressing data and the primary data management vehicle for the Town’s addressing needs. 3. Image Data Integration a. Utilize the most current available version of State of CT digital Ortho imagery as the imagery base data for this project. 4. Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) Data Integration - 2 - a. Utilize the most current available version of the CAD mapping system data as a source for road centerlines, address ranges, and ESZ data, to be used to validate address point data. 5. GIS Parcel Data Integration a. Utilize the most current available version of Parcel CAMA address information as a source of parcel-based address information. 6. ALI and MSAG Data a. Utilize the most current available version of the ALI and MSAG data provided by the Town to perform the addressing point to ALI and MSAG data validations.
