Yamhill County Transit is seeking quotes from qualified contractors for leasehold improvements to our commercial leased facility, located at 11260 Durham Lane building A, McMinnville, Oregon. This facility will be used for public transit administration, dispatch, operation, maintenance, and parking for a fleet of thirty vehicles. The project budget is $150,000 for the work and proposed materials. A small contingency has been set aside for material upgrades or unexpected issues that arise during construction. Oregon Department of Transportation State Transportation Improvement Funds will be used to finance this project. All work by the contractor and any subcontractors must comply with applicable state and federal procurement regulations including prevailing wage (BOLI) requirements.
