1. Professional Learning Plan: a. A comprehensive, multi-tiered professional learning plan inclusive of computer science fundamentals, advanced topics, and innovative teaching strategies. b. Professional learning offered in multiple formats, including face-to-face, virtual, and blended learning environments to address varied learning preferences and logistical needs. 2. Implementation Plan: a. A detailed implementation strategy that includes timelines, milestones, and a variety of interactive delivery methods to ensure accessibility for all Nebraska educators. 3. Training and Support: a. Execution of the Professional Learning Plan by delivering trainings as specified, including providing incentive payments to educators. b. Ongoing support in-person and virtually, or via email/phone, to ensure educators receive consistent and accessible assistance. 4. Evaluation and Reporting: a. Establishing metrics to evaluate the impact of the professional learning on educators’ knowledge in Computer Science and Technology Education and learner’s access to related coursework. b. Submission of monthly progress reports and a comprehensive final report which includes recommendations for future initiatives and training and an analysis of evaluation data.
