Content development for online resources, including tracking online analytics, website consulting for greater global comprehension with emphasis on targeting markets with relevant advertising based on the region. Consultation on web design and flow for various audiences including international and domestic, parent information and study abroad offerings. Project management: As a one-stop-shop, projects in our office (Center for Global Engagement) span the funnel from initial contact/interest through graduation. Jackfruit can provided a structure for tracking, assigning and maintaining all areas, including developing specific communication plans for each stage of the admission funnel through graduation. Shared templates to stay organized, focus on priorities and commit to deadlines for great impact and efficiency. Develop post-event evaluation, including ROI, key market growth and improving brand recognition. Create and maintain crucial training for agents/partners to ensure that accurate and transparent information is being shared.
