Cab Doors Clean, adjust and lubricate all door handles and window linkage, replace if necessary. Driver’s Side Rear Cab Door Window Trim Remove existing rivets & install new rivets for window trim from the rear cab door. Vendor to identify appropriate rivets to eliminate galvanic corrosion. Driver’s Seat Bottom Cushion Remove & replace Bostrom Sierra cloth driver’s seat bottom & cushion Remove & replace IMMI 3-point seat belt assembly Rear Cab & Step Supports Cut corroded supports on right side and replace with new galvanneal metal Sandblast & clean left & right-side cab rear step supports Prepare, prime & paint left & right-side cab rear step supports with rust inhibitor paint Front Wheel Wells Remove front fenderettes, trim, lights, grabrails, compartment & rear cab doors Remove corrosion as needed and repair body surface for paint Prepare affected areas for paint Protect remainder of cab with plastic and prep for paint Prime & paint repaired areas up to molding Install new stainless steel fenderettes using EPDM moldings Re-install trim, lights, grabrails, compartment & rear cab doors using proper fasteners to eliminate galvanic corrosion Replace gold leaf and white reflective striping to match existing
