The USG Unified Enterprise Resource Planning Project, also referred to as the Unified ERP Project, seeks to replace current legacy institutional applications for Human Resources, Financials, and Student Information with a modern software as a service (SaaS) model. The USG seeks to implement a single-tenant, multi-institution ERP platform across the entire University System that will enable standardization and optimization of business processes, increase operating efficiencies, advance data-driven decision making, and improve student outcomes across the system, positioning USG for continued excellence in higher education for decades to come. In October 2024, USG selected Workday as its SaaS software platform. The scope of this eRFP does not include implementation services for a student information system and may optionally include implementation of a budget development system. The University System of Georgia (USG) is seeking proposals from experienced firms capable of providing comprehensive implementation services for Workday Financial Management and Human Capital Management as part of our Unified ERP solution. Firms should submit a portfolio of services in the requested format, including a fixed fee cost that accounts for all travel and additional expenses. This contract will also be available for use by all USG institutions for consulting, integration, or related services as part of the broader Unified ERP initiative.
