Phase 1 • Replace the HVAC units on the roof identified as units #20, #22 and #26. The existing units are Johnson Controls model # J12ZHN15BSZZ40002B. These units provide conditioned air to the housing units at the Detention Center. Therefore, the units cannot be offline for more than 8 hours and all three cannot be offline at the same time. • Units shall be replaced with Carrier units of the same size. Bidders are responsible for coordinating with the building automation provider, which is Schnieder Electric Corporation, to ensure new units work with the existing control system. • The County will accept Rheem units as an alternate Phase 2 • Replace the HVAC units on the roof identified as units #9 and #23. The existing units are Johnson Controls. Unit #9 is model JO8ZHN15PSZZ40004B. Unit #23 is model JO6ZHN10B4SZZ40002B. These units provide conditioned air to the Detention Center.
