The Lancaster County Assessor/Register of Deeds Office (LCA/ROD) is seeking to change its mass appraisal software vendor to better align with our evolving operational needs and enhance the accuracy and efficiency of our appraisal processes. Current software limitations have hindered our ability to effectively manage data, generate timely reports, and respond to the growing demands of our constituents.
