The STATE is soliciting proposals to develop and implement a comprehensive project development tool tailored to streamline operations, enhance visibility, and increase efficiency across all Department of Transportation Divisions. This solution will replace the legacy Project Schedule and Project Status Reporting System to serve as a centralized platform for project status updates, task assignments, and inter-departmental collaboration. This solution will be used by North Dakota Department of Transportation (State) Divisions including but not limited to Planning & Asset Management, Programming, Construction, Bridge, Design, Materials & Research, Local Government, Environment & Transportation Services and Districts. The solution will take the project identification information from Aurigo Masterworks and apply a schedule template based on the project scope, scale and complexity. The solution will have and maintain schedule templates to track a project from initial setup through construction. The solution will facilitate the tracking of a project from a task level basis to a global scale of project groupings. Staff assignments will be at the project and task level for resource allocation and management.
