When it is time to serve the food the chilled food is placed into an individual compartmented tray, utilizing disposable inserts that are made up in accordance with Doctors diet order for each individual with Disabilities that resides at the Coastal Center. As soon as the trays are made up, they are delivered to the individual cottages. In the cottage, the trays are placed into the T Rethermalization refrigerator and maintained at a temperature below 41 F .. Thirty six minutes before serving time, the Rethermalization Refrigerator heating section is turned on. When the timer sounds, the meal is ready to serve. The cold food is cold [below 41 F.] and the hot food is hot [above 165 F.]. The disposable inserts which fit precisely into the tray have to be an exact length, width, height for the Rethermalization system to work correctly. These inserts are only available through Aladdin. The disposable inserts include side dish [cold], side dish [hot], soup bowl and cover, entree dishes (1 cavity, 2 cavity], entree dish cover, straps. Please note: This is a Sole Source Notification.
